Thanks for your interest in supporting Breaking Out Ministries, a non-profit organization geared towards reaching the world for Christ. My desire for this ministry is to use all appropriate methods to excite, inspire, capture and ignite young people for Jesus. MY HEART FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
As a father of seven children, I naturally have a heart for young people. Young people today have more negative influences and temptations at their fingertips, then most all adults had in their adolescent years. As responsible parents, educators, government and church leaders we have an obligation to provide guidance for all and hope for a better way for those less fortunate youths who are seriously at risk to proceed down a wrong path in life.
REMEMBERING THE 2 MILLION + MEN, WOMEN, AND ADOLESCENTS IN AMERICAN PRISONS
I spent 8 years in prison and visited my dad for another 20 years. I speak from experience when I say that if we are concerned about making America a better place to live, we simply must devote time to ministering to those who reside in our prisons. Along with administering justice to those who have violated the law, changing minds and heart, providing education, job training and hope for a better more productive life for those who have paid their debt to society benefits everyone. My personal goal is to provide a copy of my most recent book, “The Good, The Bad and The Forgiven” to every inmate in every penal institution in the country.
GIVING BACK TO MINISTRIES
Breaking Out will set aside 20% of all money that is donated to support other ministries and non profit organizations who are working to make positive changes in the lives of others. Another 10% of all proceeds received by the ministry will be donated to the charity or ministry of our choosing. We are not alone in our efforts to help others. I feel it is incumbent upon my ministry to lend our financial support to others who are working hard to improve the quality of life for those in need of help.
SPREADING THE WORD OF GOD'S GRACE
Over the past 10 years, I have been extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to deliver a message of God's grace to hundreds of thousands of people. We serve an awesome God, who provides hope and encouragement and a chance for a better life, even for an unworthy, undeserving former mobster. It is my intent to expand that area of our minstry by holding live events worldwide in an effort to reach out to as many people in need of hearing that message as possible.
GAMBLING
For the past 14 years, I have been traveling the world, educating professional and college athletes, teenagers and adolescents, corporate executives, financial institutions, law enforcement personnel and government agencies concerning the dangers of gambling and how it can negatively impact a person's life and business. The problem of gambling is becoming pervasive in our world. As a former mobster, I am intimately familiar with the issue and I intend to continue to deliver this messages worldwide.
